Before making a single purchase from Arhaus, think twice and read this review please. They don't deliver your items on time, they delay delivery and say you still owe them. And when you show them receipts and proof of payment, they still don't deliver some of your items. When you ask for it to be canceled, they don't process that. Run away. You have to add $299 to every furniture order no matter how big or small to cover "White Glove" service that is mandatory. Terrible business practice. We walked out. Response from the company below is disingenuous. It makes them look reasonable when I am certain contacting that team will result in them explaining why purchasing a $500 item requires a $299 white glove fee. Again, run.
As an interior designer, I have to say that Bernadette Eikani’s attention to detail, design sense, and overall customer service are fantastic. She has an incredible eye for the most comfortable pieces, the best construction, and recommendations that truly align with the project scope and design details. I would highly recommend visiting this showroom and connecting with Bernadette for your furnishing needs!
Fantastic experience with Arhaus Walnut Creek & sales person Jemille. She was very responsive and did not apply pressure on us with finalizing our decisions. Loved working with her and the entire team. Also love their furniture so much! Will definitely be back!
