Visited the Arhaus location at Fashion Valley and was really impressed. The store itself is a beautiful two-story showroom, very well organized, and easy to walk through without feeling overwhelming. Everything is displayed in a way that actually helps you visualize how the pieces would look in your home. The overall atmosphere feels high-end but still welcoming. I purchased 2 end tables and was told that they would take 6 weeks max to be delivered. Since they were small I chose to have them delivered to the store for pick up. Days prior to the 6 week mark I called the store and was told the tables would most likely be on the delivery truck the following week (week 7). I called back the following week and was told that they weren’t on the truck and they would look into it.
