I wish I could give this store 0 stars. At this price point, you expect not only quality furniture but also exceptional customer service. While the furniture itself is decent, the experience with the staff completely undermines it. The biggest issue is the behavior of the employees. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism, and the treatment I received felt dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory. High quality furniture. Outstanding delivery process
I came in to browse, and purchased a couch and a chair. My salesman was very knowledgeable and suggested fabrics that were pet friendly. I am very pleased with the salesman, furniture and the delivery process/personnel! I highly recommend this business.
Terrible experience with ordering an area rug. Ordered in June of 2025. It is January of 2026 and I still dont have the rug. They keep extending the date of arrival. And ALL merchandise is over priced by double. Do not shop here.
