Picked up one the the restoration hardware dupes they sell as a round table about a year and a half ago. 3 year warranty nice! Well for a table I use in my dining room only on occasion the finish is flaking off. Call and oh, that's not covered. Good to know they don't stand by their products, and you get what you pay for apparently I should've purchased the RH version. Guess you get what you pay for. Was between a table here and reatoration hardware, ended up going with the table here. The finish on the a table is falling off, it's about a year and a half old, that 3 year warranty they boast is false and won't be covered. I would not purchase anything from there again. I have had great customer service from ballard, restoration hardware, crate and barrel, and can go on. Arhaus simply won't stand by their product.
I wish I could give this store 0 stars. At this price point, you expect not only quality furniture but also exceptional customer service. While the furniture itself is decent, the experience with the staff completely undermines it. The biggest issue is the behavior of the employees. There is a noticeable lack of professionalism, and the treatment I received felt dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory.
