Zero stars and I didn’t even get through the door! I was referred by my primary physician in March 2025. Never heard from them about an appointment until June 2025. When I didn’t answer my cellphone at work the first time they called, they proceeded to leave a message and then call FOUR MORE TIMES in a row. They also called my husband MULTIPLE times. Every one is nice don't get me wrong but to not be takin seriously for a issue that is very painful and uncomfortable for me is unacceptable. I can't hear properly half the time and have constant ear pressure and intermittent pain and was just told "your ears are fine and always were " was extremely upsetting. They are not fine and haven't been for years but I can't find any help. Very disappointed ☹️
Yeah, I waited I waited three months to get in to see him to be diagnosed with allergies. Meanwhile, I have a constant low grade fever, drainage like you wouldn't believe, mucus in rainbow colors and can't hear out of one ear... But a nasal spray is going to fix all of that. I'm incredibly disheartened and after expressing that to a friend she told me she and two other people had the same exact experience. I'm disgusted. Great office staff though very friendly.
Dr Justin Douglas is a great doctor,You can tell he care about his patients just by the way he takes the time for them and the way he treats them,,He is very caring man,,I would recommend him to anyone
