The Dr I saw was amazing but my appointment has been delayed 3 weeks for removal of potential skin cancer. My initial visit was rescheduled 2-3 weeks after the initial date as well. Again great care and the service was great as well it’s just so difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable time and keep it that way. We need more dermatology providers in Hazard to lessen the burden and make it easier for patients to seek care. Hoping for good news if I ever actually get to go to my appointment. Very efficient and did great work once I was seen!
I had to reschedule a dermatology appointment and it took over three days of constant calling before the receptionist even answered the phone. I was rescheduled for almost two months later, and now, days before the appointment, I get a letter in the mail rescheduling the appointment for almost three months from now. This doctor may be great, but I'll never know. Her office and management are so grossly incompetent that I'll never be able to see her. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
