JD IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND A LIAR. DO NOT RENT AT ARGYLE PLACE APARTMENTS ANYONE PLEASE! NOT WORTH THE TIME WHEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE LANDLORD JD AND HIS COMMENTS AND ALWAYS LEAVING THREATENING NOTES ON PEOPLES DOORS. JUST KNOW NOT TO TRUST A SINGLE WORD AND JUST FIND A CHEAPER DIRTIER SPOT TO LIVE BECAUSE IT WILL BE BETTER THAN HAVING TO DEAL WITH HIM. THE PICTURE IS OF A HOLE IN THE BATHROOM CEILING CAUSED BY THE ABOVE NEIGHBORS PIPELINE FOR RHE SHOWER THAT HAS BUSTED AND HASNT BEEN FIXED IN A WEEK.

When looking for apartments as a student at LR I was asked over the phone if I was an athlete for the school. When I responded yes I was told “we don’t rent to athletes” and rudely hung up on. I have and will never recommend this complex to anyone.
Wonderful place to live nice neighbors and cost is very much affordable

Please, Please, Please pay attention to this review! It is entirely up to you what decision you make as to where you choose to live. But I beg of you to think long and hard before moving into this apartment community!! If your primarily concern is to be in a community that is in a quite neighborhood, then Argyle Place meets your standards. Argyle Place is a friendly close to everything community. The staff is helpful courteous and prompt. I highly recommend this as a place to call home!
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Maintenance requests were usually answered in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend living here and still would be if not for an out-of-state job opportunity.

As I regretfully leave this complex I wanted to take the time to mention one person in management who has always been tried and true. That is Beth Honeycutt, Assistant Manager at Argyle Place. Whenever there has been an issue or problem with the apartment she has reacted quickly and had maintenance here the same day, she has been thorough In documenting the issue at hand so as there not to be confusion when maintenance arrives.
