I took my wife here to have her eye looked at. Her appointment was for 10 o'clock. The sign in the waiting room said that we might have to wait up to 2 hours to see the specialist. We eventually left after seeing the doctors, at 12.45. How is it possible to be 2 hours late when we have an appointment? I could understand that there could be a waiting period later in the day because of patients taking more time with the doctor, but a 10 o'clock appointment should require almost no waiting period.
