This place has really turned around these past few months. Paulinna is very helpful in the office and the area is always neat and tidy. Goes to show good management can fix anything! :)

Storage king USA located in Jacksonville Florida exceeded my expectation for a storage unit! Paulina was very friendly and precise. I was able to get a decent size, climate controlled unit for under 100 dollars! Oh, and finding the unit was very easy. 10/10 100% would recommend!
Horrible service, continually sends emails with late charges after bill has been on autopay , continually locks us out of gate , constantly wants there contract updated, have never had problems until this company called storage king has taken over the last 6 months , horrible costumer service, they constantly have a excuse that they do not know what other employees have done wrong, can not seem too get anything write at all , beware of this company, would definitely go to a Atlantic storage property for less headache
