This new company (Storage Kings) is absolutely horrible!!! I strongly advise you to go somewhere else. They are NOT customer friendly at all and clearly in business for themselves!!! And the way they do business is very questionable. If you pay over the phone, it's an automatic $9.95. If you are over 30 days late, they cut off your lock and put their lock on it. It used to be, they leave your lock on it but add their lock to it so you can't get in it. Now they cut your lock off and if they wanted to, they can go through it w... read more
They just took over our storage area and we had our first experience with them with Erica in the office. She was great, cheerful and answered all our questions. Hopefully she’s there anytime we need to go! Thanks Erica!!!
