Spent a brick load of money here on some Valentine's Day roses. The arrangement was unique and pretty. Unfortunately they were all dead within 3 days. I've never had roses die so quickly before... Instructions on the care package were followed to a T.

While the service was good and the staff seemed to know what they were doing,there was very little to choose from when I got there. I did pick an arrangement which I was told was made up that morning The next day the arrangement was dead. I called a few days later and complained about what happened, and was told if only I had done it sooner. That is fair enough, but the flowers still died I really was not expecting much, I guess the apology will have to do, I have used other florists and not had this issue.
