I love the Argyle its the best fish and chip restaurant in Kearny I mean they have more then just fish and chips the staff is wonderful
Love hearing the bagpipes play . . hearing the Scottish accents . eating the food . hearing the jokes . watching my kids enjoy where there blood in their veins come from . SCOTLAND !!!!!

Great to order COD again, the best!!! I've been going to Argyle's since I was about 12 years old. I biked it there from down neck, it was then just a small store front, mostly takeout establishment, with a few sit down tables. When in my 20's, they expanded, taking over the building next to it, crowded especially on Fridays & Saturdays, every weekend, many times in a line going out the door.
