Nice front staff but Dr.Bibb is lacking in patience. He got aggravated at me and he could tell i was upset. Do not recommend him at all!

I recommend this place to anyone needing dental work. The office is professional and nice looking, and staff are friendly. Dr Bibb is nice and seemed concerned about my issues. My only compliant was the amount of time it took to get my pre-approval which kept getting rejected by the insurance company I guess because they were submitting it wrong or whatever, but I must admit it was during computer systems changeover. Do not go here unless you like to make appointment for a set time and sit in waiting room for 2 hours waiting. What is the point of an appointment if I don’t get seen tell 2 hours later after your appointment time. But then have the audacity to try to charge you if you are late to a appointment. Place is a scam

Had my upper denture relined. They tilted in the back and not long enough to cover. So went back to the office. Dr. Bibbs looked at them and said we will have to do a remake of my upper denture. Went in for impressions a week later. Come in the next day for the wax try in. Which was also tilted on the same side. They had the lab tech try to bring it up. He had to do this twice. And worst of all! The assistant named Shamise. When the wax try in was gagging me. And I felt like I was going to be sick. I then tried to remove it ... read more
