Jerry was incredible, got everything going right away and got moved in quickly with no complications.
Harmony at Willow Springs is phenomenal! First off, the staff are amazing. Candice and Jerry go over and above to help out and problem solve. They are incredibly kind and caring. My mother-in-law has an apartment and we feel so good knowing that the staff look after her. Just recently they redid the parking lot, repainted all the units and that was only the half of it. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years. The first year was fine, Jerry is super helpful and kind. When the new management took over this year, it went downhill quickly. They are so concerned about “improvements” to the property that they have forgotten that people live here now. I am paying over $1650 in rent yet dealing with construction on the parking lots, painting of the buildings, cutting off all wifi for 12 hours when there is no cell service here, moving my furniture on and off of my balcony, and now be... read more
I rarely leave reviews, but living here 4 years I wanted to share my honest feedback. First, the staff are incredible. Jerry was always great working with, and even went above and beyond when I lost my key. Very understanding and genuinely cared. Thanks Jerry! The maintenance crew also 5 stars. They responded immediately if there was ever an issue which I appreciated. So I can't say enough positive about the people working here. It is apartment living, so couple things to be aware of.
