They expect you to drop everything for them to paint the building and even leave your door unlocked for 12 hours for the painting people to walk in out of you apt at anytime. Yes they are very inconsiderate of your time and your schedule. Respect is not something they give. It is their way or the highway. They even open my apt and enter after I had told them no just to drop off equipment I already had. They left people's doors unlocked for 8 hours. The most knowledgeable and inviting tour guide I've ever experienced. Jerry is AMAZING! HE was patient and kind and not at all pushy. Didn't feel obligated although I did get 3 of my friends to come with me and rent from you. Thank you , Jerry!!
Jerry was so courteous and attentive to what I was looking for. You can tell he has pride in the apartment complex and wants to make sure he shows me all that the complex has to offer.
Jerry was extremely helpful in familiarizing me with the complex. It's a very impressive facility, with fresh paint on the building exterior, front doors, and trim. I was impressed with how quiet and neighborly the place feels. It's also very nicely kept. The apartments themselves have well-thought-out floor plans, and the remodeling has brought them up to current design standards.
