RecommendedMy 2 year old MacBook Pro would not charge. It's my main business tool so I was a BIT anxious. Brought it to BestBuy where I'l purchased it but learned they are not an Apple Authorized Service place (!).. The customer service person said I'd probably have to take it to Phoenix. Had my first Mac problem and took it for a little R&R. These guys fixed me up, took them about 4 days but it was worth the wait. Appreciate all the time spent and the very reasonable charges! 6 stars if I could give them!

In one word- PROFESSIONAL! I have always been very satisfied with their performance.
Under Tony Baltera’s leadership during the latter half of my 7½ years as Senior IT Manager for a Macintosh-dominated enterprise firm, Argosy West became our repair and tech provider for our Macintosh systems and peripherals. The level of skills of Tony and the other technicians are non-pareil, and in four(?) years in doing business with Argosy West, I have zero complaints or issues to report. Definitely a 5-stay experience, especially as compared to Good Guys or other mall shops (but that’s not saying much).

Great Service Brought in a desk top computer that had crashed. Ernie hooked it up and told ME how ti fix it. Also, asked his advice re a new notebook and he took time to find the one that would work for me without all the extras and then told me how to down load the free programs I needed. I haven't had someone do this for me EVER!
