Great company
For this being a recognizable company, Bobby Allen as a supervisor does not represent it at all. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.
Everyone I spoke with at SRM was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company for concrete. They were prompt and very helpful when ordering concrete. Thank you all very much for your professionalism.
7:52 4 ***** Today This company is the worst to order concrete from. I was told they would have the truck on site at 12 pm which it showed up at 1:30 pm. I started calling at 12:15 and ask for the estimated time of arrival and they kept saying he should be pulling up in a few minutes. After we started pouring concrete about 10 minutes into the pour the driver cut the pour off and said they told me to stop until you pay.
