This place closed very suddenly, and I can't get my much needed medical records to go back to work! If there is anyone else that is trying to get their records, please call me at 413-8171, I confronted one of the employees leaving on 1-15-16 and she said we will never get our records, this place is never going to open again that Debra was gone, and that's illegal. So if anyone else is doing some research about this place to obtain their records, please call me.

I've had several bad experiences with this office and with Debra Stancui and her staff. The worst expierience that stands out is when I had an abcess, Debra offers to cut it out, gets part way through and claims she has no idea what she is doing so sends me on a bus to the ER cut open holding a towel to my leg and on the way I nearly fainted. the final straw , is that, I am also a mental health patient and when I went toget my meds refilled they said they can't unless I take a UA.. I dont have insurance and this place only costs 50$ for an office visit, compared to more than double that for other urgent care centers in town. I didnt need an appointment and they got me right in. The staff was friendly and pretty easy going. The doctor I saw was really easy to talk to as well. I have recommended this place to a ew family members who also dont have insurance. Spokane needs more places like this!

This place was awesome. I have no health insurance and they only charged me 50$ for my visit, Rockwood was gonna charge me 124$?! I didnt have to make an appointment, just walked in. I waited for about 40 minutes before they took me back but the staff was really polite and professional. Ive told all my coworkers about this place, as we dont get benefits through our employer. I would never recommend this location to a friend for any form of medical treatment. I went to their urgent care this afternoon. I waited 2 1/2hrs to be seen and when I was finally taken back I was seen by Debra Stanciu. She asked what was wrong, I told her I was having severe abdominal pains. She then checked my ears and throat and took her OWN temperature. Once she completed that she told me to go to the front desk. Great, friendly staff, massage therapy (by Lori) along with chiropractic care is wonderfull! The urgent care staff are very friendly, make me feel at ease.
