If I could give them minus 100 I would. As a person trying to get into a home . They took my money , held it for a month on a property. Kept moving my move in date back. Ignored my calls. I had to have my husband call them from his number that they didn't know, to get them to pick up. Just for at the end of that long month, for them to send me my money back amd say nevermind.
Place looks really cool!! I wanted to go in and compliment their art and ask who did it. Rang the door bell and no one answered. Curious what you do here lol.
No repairs in the 2 years of management. Now I'm court battling, and the company refuses to repair, so they really want me out the way. I lived in this house for 12 years and have dealt with 4 different landlords. One thing for sure is that the management company has not considered repairing the property.
