The worst property manager. The worst company. They do not take care of the property, they do not do their duties, and the only thing they do is to make the life of tenants harder and search for excuses to send you notice The worst ever.
I am a property owner and had a deeply unpleasant experience with Argo Property Management, specifically with the company owner, Maria Rampino. During an in-person interaction, Maria Rampino behaved in a rude, aggressive, and abusive manner, raising her voice and speaking to me in a disrespectful and intimidating way. Jordan offers quick replies and service.
Probably 1 of the most dysfunctional property management out there. Spend a bit more and get yourself a better option. Lack of respect and rude. Lack of communication. Takes days to follow up on request. Never on time on their promises. Just overall not good. Take my advice look elsewhere.
Great management company. Maria & her sons are wonderful people, who really understand Condominium management, and all its’ dynamics. Would recommend to anyone.
