Probably 1 of the most dysfunctional property management out there. Spend a bit more and get yourself a better option. Lack of respect and rude. Lack of communication. Takes days to follow up on request. Never on time on their promises. Just overall not good. Take my advice look elsewhere.
Great management company. Maria & her sons are wonderful people, who really understand Condominium management, and all its’ dynamics. Would recommend to anyone.
Rocco Rampino and Argo Management have abused their power and taken advantage of my small family business . I’ll break it down quickly -Pinchin performed water tests on behalf of Argo for all our condominium units while we were tenants beside Da Vinci Banquet Hall. These “professional tests” performed concluded that we were in violation along side Da Vinci banquet halls of higher level un treated water flowing into the Vaughn sewage system. The worst property management company we had to deal with, very rude and unprofessional when dealt with Jessica Allen, hangs up the phone and tells us not to call back and doesn’t help unit owners but try’s to attack and break us down. Defiantly dont recommend anyone to use them. They need a huge attitude adjustment and to be closed down
