"Not to be trusted." "We purchased an item from the gym owners and, at the last minute, they disclosed a defect. However, by then, we had already arranged a truck and help to move the item. Even though we had a few days between placing the down payment and picking up the item, they didn’t bother to inform us about the defect until the pickup day.
