If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I’m disabled and my wife is a diabetic. We have been in our house since late March. They have gone above and beyond to help us out twice now. They first came out in short notice to unclog and reattach our dryer vent. Tonight, in an emergency came out to reattach our duct work to our air handler and are even coming back out to put an elbow on the handler to direct the air flow down where the builders never did it correctly. I have previously used their service it was exceptional. I called over a week ago to request maintenance and I was told to text my address to be scheduled for the same day it kept me waiting and after several calls I finally got a response saying I was out of service area range.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. There was never a mention that I was outside their service area. However, I did receive 2 notices and requests to confirm my appointment for today, 1/19/25, at 1:45pm. I confirmed both times. Still no notice from them. Instead, when I reached out after waiting for over 30 minutes THEN they texted me. Apparently all they care about it getting your money. Luckily they won't get mine. OMG so thankful!! Showed up quickly and got me taken care of, I told my parents about the situation and my Dad is saying to keep their number and they are keepers. Thanks for getting me all taken care of!

Our home A/C went out around 5 pm on Sunday evening. This is Alabama... IN JULY. It was 90° in our house with the windows open and fans on and with 50% humidity, we were sweating like sinners in church! I called Argo Air first thing Monday morning. Other places told us it could be as late as Wednesday before they could come see us, but Argo had a technician out and our unit repaired by noon. The price was more than fair and the service was Excellent. You've earned a very happy repeat customer 😀
