Dr. Appl and Dr. Erb are both extremely good,caring Dr's. I have never had a bad experience with this group including the front desk lady to all the nurses. I highly recommend these Dr's for your primary care. Thanks so much Dr.Appl and Dr. ERB, and the nurses staff.
Dr Erb is a good family doctor and a good person. He listens to your questions and answers in a way that anyone can understand. I just started with Dr Erb because my old doctor retired but I like him just as well. Unfortunately the last time I went in was for my annual wellness exam and my ride kept texting me while I was in with the doc so I couldn't pay enough attention to get everything done that I had planned. Next time I'll remember to get the bus so I can take my time and actually cover everything I need to. Other than... read more
Absolutely ridiculous. My time should be valued. I had a 920a appt and its 1030 now and NO HELP from the receptionists. This not how you treat new patients. Ill go somewhere my time is valued.
