Me and my roommate love are two bedroom townhouse.
They are not a good place to live in they have mold and the staff is very disrespectful and careless for the children and the adults I lived the for 6 years straight and I asked to be moved and I had to broke my least because my children kept getting sick my neighbors children also

Goimg downhill since they fired Shea the property manager nobody knows wat their doing. HUD OR KHRC needs to shut them down. Worse place ever to work. They let u go when u report sexual harassment to HR. They dont want to spend money to keep up the properties but hire unreliable unqualified people to run these properties from regional to maintenance staff. I recommend to stay clear from this company and the residential properties.
