Be ADVISED: Argenta has MOLD throughout the building and inside our unit. Management couldn't care less. They don't maintain anything (like elevators), electric garage door and other general maintenance like window washing. Talked to many other residents and they're pushed out of their current apartment to start a new lease in another unit just to beat the rate increase, which is a norm and not an anomaly.
