I took the day for for a repair job that was scheduled and confirmed by Argent on email. I took the day off from work to be present. Needless to say, they never came or contacted me. I reached out was told they made a mistake and would reschedule. No apology! Would be extremely cautious in hiring them. I have for many years used them and there is a significant deterioration in their customer service.

$99 for a service call to simply give a quote for a standard water heater replacement? I reached out to 6 other contractors and all were happy to provide quotes for free by sending pictures of the water heater via text or email. Please don’t pay for a quote. There are plenty of other contractors willing to provide free quotes and do good work at fair prices.

Very poor experience- please think twice before using Argent plumbing for your needs!! First, despite asking several times, they didn't give me any clear estimates on the cost involved to replace my existing thermostat with a smart thermostat that I was to provide, and said that instead the technician will quote when he is at my home, before doing the job. We moved into our house in July and immediately had moisture and mold issues in the basement, and had minimal AC on the 1st and 2nd floors. We tried a couple different options and spoke to a few different companies to identify the problem, but were strung along by different people for quick fixes / sales that didn’t work.
