My buddy Patrick Gartzke and his crew are absolutely exceptional, they got me a BSPP fitting that literally nobody else could even source, it arrived in under a week and was extremely reasonably priced. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am in Liberty Ky and they are based in Alaska and still got the job done!! I would give even more stars if I could!! They make the Impossible Possible as they say.

after spending numerous hours and attempts with other local and internet businesses to no avail, I thought of ARG Industrial and called to see if they could possibly help me. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Christie in a pleasant, "let me check" manner, and low and behold she not only found my parts, but ARG had them on hand! I wanted to give a short shout out to ARG and its crew. I was looking for a discontinued part for a vehicle. ARG created a custom part for me investing hours of their time via phone and on their own time. To my amazement, they charged nothing. There was nothing in my case that was to the benefit of ARG--I'm not a long term or commercial customer. Yet ARG still treated me like a valued client. Kudos for the help, and special thanks to Aaron.
They tend to have what you need if you’re willing to wait an hour in line to find out. They can have over a dozen men on site but only ever one at the front when it’s busy. After 4 years of just getting worse I will be taking my hydro lines to Parker. In and out in 15 mins with a new hose every time, everyday of the week
