This is the best facility and I trust them to take care of my dogs all the time. I will recommend them highly to anyone!!!
I thought everything was going great until I picked my dog up. He wouldn't eat and his testicles were infected (and ear) $340 later, and research, my dogs testicles are healing from a chemical reaction from the cleaner in the kennel. I wouldn't recommend this place since they have no remorse for their actions.

In my research there is not a way we could have given him an ear infection. we are still researching the testicles but we can only see so far that it is like a hotspot, but in that area. They get wet, then the dog licks them and they develop a rash. We are continuing to see what the answer is. We have only seen this happen to a few dogs, and they have to be unneutered. We have been using the same cleaning solution for 10 years, so it's not that.
Love, love, love this place! They are efficient with check-in and check-out and take great care of our beautiful pups.
