Absolutely amazing. First Doctor to actually listen to and appropriately address my health concerns. Her supportive staff are so helpful and informative. Have and will continue to recommend due to high educational background and high level of care and professionalism.
Terrible. Wouldn't consider this patient care AT ALL. She has yet to respond to an email from 3 weeks ago (3rd time she's done this, ranging from 4 days to 10 to respond. Not okay. Her office didn't get back to me in those times either.) So in this period of time, I have gone to Urg Care to get MRI referral, then someone else had to report findings to me - not Dr. Shiferaw who received the results. Yet another doctor had to make referral to a surgery team. Yesterday she cut off a prescription with no chart notes or notes for... read more
