groomer just answered at 8:00pm. didnt expect it. great customer service. they were so patient last time with my dog and made her look beautiful. way better than a chain place and cheaper. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dont even bother. I asked a simple question and got attitude. I received a rude little chuckle with a "No" response. I simply asked. "Are there any appointments today?" Politely. I thought... why not ask? I could have gotten lucky with a cancellation or something. Instead of a response like "unfortunately not, but I can see when our next availability is" I received a sarcastic chuckle followed by "No".. I have been bringing my baby since he was a few months old. I love Deborah and her crew. They take such great care of Vader, and I tell everyone I know with fur babies, to bring them to Arf Arf grooming!
