I have wanted to try this place for years. Finally went today and I really enjoyed it. Gym is clean. People are friendly. 45 min classes that is a 10 out of 10 for me and I am sure you too. Workout was very dynamic great warm up into good movements. Really liked how you can go at your own speed and level. Coach was very supportive also very attentive to everyone in the class always there to help with movement cues and if you forgot what you were doing would lead you threw it. By far the best gym you will ever join. The members are a mix of ages and abilities, from beginner to pro, and everyone works together to help each other reach their goals. The workouts are brilliantly designed and no one is ever left behind. Lots of fun, no egos and most importantly great results.
I have been a member at AYG for almost 10 years. During that time I have built confidence in my training, specifically with weights. This place has the right balance of comfort and challenge. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable on weight lifting, cardiovascular training and simply making the environment one you feel you want to be in - even early mornings on a Saturday!
