Aretha was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time working with her and her communication was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, we just bought a house through her and the seller was her client. She was able to coordinate a closing where her client was literally able to sell to us and buy her new home all in the same day. Not easy to do, but she handled it with ease.
