Update: owes us 4900$ and won’t return our money back. Kailash completely overpromised and underdelivered. He said the job would be completed in 7–10 days, and based on that promise, we hired him and trusted him to deliver. Instead, the deadline kept getting pushed back again and again with no real progress or accountability. ***FRAUD ALERT*** Do Not Hire Kailash Hired Kailash for a washroom renovation. He completed only demolition and some tile work, took money to buy materials, and never returned to finish the job. Calls go to forwarding, and when answered he repeatedly claims to be sick. My bank later confirmed the Interac account used has multiple fraud flags. Extremely bad experience — this is a scam. Do not trust or hire him. Fraud Job, Karma Pays off
Stay away from this business. Kailash takes money and leaves work unfinished. He won't return the pending money but will take new work from others. My bank intercepted my Interac to his account, saying it's a fraud account. We will be contacting the appropriate enforcements to get the money back.
Great contractor! It was cold and rainy the week we needed a roof done for our basement unit, but he still showed up and got the job done. Really impressed with his work ethic. He’s a solid one-man operation who gets things done properly. Will definitely call him back for future work!
Kailash did an amazing job painting our house. Highly recommend!
