I have been attending Arete Effect for PT sessions with Lucy now for 3 weeks. Training with Lucy has been an absolute pleasure! I started training with her when I moved to the suburb this year, and I’ve already seen my body get stronger and healthier each week. Her workouts are science-based and thoughtfully designed to help me reach my personal goals. Lucy is incredibly supportive and professional, always happy to answer questions and address any concerns I have during sessions. And Lucy is such an easygoing person who always makes me smile during training :)) high recommended!
Lucy is amazing and has a very comfortable space to work in. She has really gone the extra effort in providing a safe environment, where you feel supported and can smash your goals.
