The gentleman that came out was absolutely fabulous I cannot remember his name but it's the second time he's come and he did everything fabulously
Pathetic and dishonest company. AVOID AT ALL COST. Never completed the work promised. Inexperienced technicians. Shabby work. Terrible customer service. Also avoid Puget Sound Holiday Lights which has the same ownership. Dishonest, expensive, and will not respond to our calls.
They did a great job cleaning up all the fallen leaves so my grad won't die.
THIEFS!!! I signed up but need to cancel after 1 mth. There cancelation policy is you pay a 2 mth cancelation fee. Which would mean per their policy the owe me $ 900 but they said they would go ahead and refund $1100. THEY REFUNDED NOTHING!! THEY ARE THIEFS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
