Absolutely terrible! They say they are coming and then constantly change the dates and times. The work is poor quality. The lawn isn't mowed in any pattern. I asked for weeding and other yardwork over the 18 months I paid this company. All I ever got was sloppy mowing. I can't find anything nice to say about this company.
Continual poor workmanship. I pay for weed abatement and I have more weeds now than when they started. I am told I can not get out of my "contract" I do not recommend this company. I can't even get a call.
These guys did a great job on my lawn. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done without any hassle. I would highly recommend these guys for any landscaping work in Tacoma.
My mom had did a 1 year contract and they were supposed to come at minimum twice a month. Whenever they sent their automated text saying they’d be over to work on the yard - they were no shows and something happened and they’d come the next day. (This has happened on multiple occasions) My mom had requested for certain things to be done (knowing she’d have to pay) and they’d agree to it and leave it in the notes for the people to work on but they didn’t check it so it hardly got done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In the 11 months we have been 'under contract', we have had to repeatedly report work not being done, had to do the work ourselves (the first month+ no edging was done and the weeds/beds were not tended to) and have been 'skipped' more than we have been serviced. They don't communicate, or return calls. You never know if/when they are coming out or WHAT they service they supposedly provided when they came.
