Had 1st service. Not impressed. I sent pictures of specific areas to address, and those were ignored. Office says "we will try next time". Beware, (and this is my fault) contract says that if they don't get it "done next time", it's not a breach of the contract. So, basically, they never actually have to do anymore than one hour, one person at your job site. Guy only mowed, no trimming, no edging. My previous lawn guy retired. Ran across an ad on social media about 10 days ago. Filled out quote request form, and was contacted within hours. They made the process so easy. Yesterday I had my first service, and they did a great job! Glad I did it.
