I regret using this tinting service. The film started bubbling and peeling just two weeks after installation. When I returned to have it fixed, they blamed me for the issue and refused to honor their so-called "warranty." Very unprofessional and not worth the money.
I was quoted one price over the phone, but after the job was done, the final bill was almost $100 more. No explanation was given, and the receptionist got defensive when I asked why. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this place to anyone.
After getting my car tinted, I noticed dirty handprints all over the interior windows and even some adhesive residue on my seats. They didn’t even bother to clean up after the job. The workmanship was sloppy, and the customer service was nonexistent.
The staff was rude and dismissive. I had a simple question about the tint shade options, and the person helping me acted like I was wasting their time. If you're paying for a service, you expect at least basic courtesy. I walked out and won’t return.
