I would give zero stars if I could. We bought tickets through them and while everyone else around is giving extensions due to Covid-19, they are saying sorry out of luck. I'm just asking for a few months of extension since everything has been closed due the virus. I will never buy tickets through them ever again, and will tell everyone to avoid them as well.
No valid tickets
THis company is fraud. They do not send a confirmation email and they do not answer their phone.
The worst customer service. Booked tickets to Sea World San Diego through them and payed with my German credit card. One day went by without getting the tickets. After me calling in to confirm the tickets, I was told that it looks like fraud and they would cancel my order. No personal help or even option. No supervisor, just a very rude customer service rep. DON‘T BOOK HERE!
