I had a serious lower back injury a few years ago that required surgery. I received great care throughout, but Nick has been the biggest driver of my recovery. Nick at Ares Strength has been incredible in helping me rehab a back injury. Super knowledgeable, patient, and focused on proper technique and long term results. I felt supported the whole way and noticed real improvements quickly. Highly recommend.

Nick was very structured and informative and for the first time after seeing many physios told me the truth of what was causing my lower back pain. If you want someone authentic who has deep knowledge and humility I highly recommend.

The Onero progarm run by Nick at Ares Strength Rehab could be an excellent start for people like me who are older and want to do some weight training if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopaenia like myself. It is a very safe way to start off a weights program with expert analysis and guidance from a patient and conscientious instructor, Nick. I thoroughly recommend his service.

I have completed four months of his instruction and have been throughly impressed with his knowledge, exercise technique and... read more
