I had an excellent experience at this office. The office is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Ares provided excellent care and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. I really like my doctor and have been receiving good care but the new phone system you guys have is horrible! It's this unnerving AI operator that's frustrating to deal with. I find the medical system to be fairly dehumanizing to begin with and that phone system is like the cherry on top of the dystopian sundae, please reconsider it. All the real people who work here are super amazing and nice though! XOXO
