The doctors great and provided a comprehensive diagnosis and followups to have all of the concerns I had coming in fully addressed, Service from front desk to doctor was all very professional, thoughtful and caring, this is quite probably the best place that I've been to for health care! Also the place itself is very clean and comfortable! The only downside I have is the people handling phone calls are slow and forgetful with some requests I had made
One of the important things I look for when I get care is the way the staff pays attention to my needs from the moment i walk into the clinic, to the time i walk out. At Ares Advanced Practice, i got just what I needed and more. They listened, assessed and made me feel at ease. This is where I’ll be going to from now on.
If you want somebody, that’s really caring to you please come to this place! there isn’t a lot of wait time too, so you get seen quick. This is the best primary care.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I am a new patient and have had negative experiences lately. So having friendly Lynne and Ryan checked me in was a plus. I was in a room within minutes. Shawna Fitzwater was also welcoming and approachable. She made me feel at ease and was a great listener. She spent a good amount of time addressing my concerns and setting me on the right track. I am very happy with this office.
