Visited William Chris Arensberg to have a thorough Eye Exam. Before I could get to be seen by Dr. Arensberg the Staff was as Rude as could be. Very Disappointing to experience this kind of an Appointment. Clean up the Staff William as it is Horrific!

I do not know what is going on but the customer service has been very rude lately. I have been going here since I was 18 I am 47 and have had 2 yelling matches with the rude ladies at the desk.
