Friendly, professional, helpful
Called Arens for an issue of water leaking from our 8 year old furnace that we purchased from them. A technician came to look at the furnace and told us that a whole new furnace was needed. The technician never once checked the warranty on the furnace, and offered one alternative, but was unsure if that would fix the problem. The furnace was taken apart, leaving us with no heat and no option to get a new furnace for 4 more days. We had a huge problem with our air conditioning system and they came right away to help. It is an old and outdated contraption, but he knew how to handle it. It ended up needing more done and they found a part that is no longer made in hopes it would fit, which it did. They were open and honest about everything which is important to me. It's working because of Aren's and I'm happy!
