Have been having Arens check my furnace for a couple of years now and the service has always been okay, this year however, Eddie came and it was FANTASTIC! Great customer service, very educated and willing to answer questions. Even showed me some features on my really complicated thermostat. An absolute star! Thank you, Eddie.
Spent $30000 on Brant geo heating system and 10 years later they no longer service those units title waste of money

Called Arens for an issue of water leaking from our 8 year old furnace that we purchased from them. A technician came to look at the furnace and told us that a whole new furnace was needed. The technician never once checked the warranty on the furnace, and offered one alternative, but was unsure if that would fix the problem. The furnace was taken apart, leaving us with no heat and no option to get a new furnace for 4 more days.
