If I could give no stars, I would. Went to her for general cleaning, and she said I needed to have a root canal. Worst Torture on the chair since they were giving you whiskey and using pliers. She didn't have an assistant, which should have been when I got up and left. She turned me nearly on my head and then muttered something about deep roots and not being able to get the bleeding under control.
