Been waiting on my refund from the tucanes concert back in November 2020 and up until now they have the audacity to ignore my requests. It is now January 28 and still nothing. Management and so called corporate now even ignores my emails. They were very quick to charge up my card. But can’t do the same in returning MY MONEY for an event that never took place. Terrible customer service!!
Very disappointed I got tickets to see my all time favorite artist. I anticipated seeing Frankie Beverly all week. When i arrived at the venue half the seats in my section were covered with cloth. We were sitting behind the band. The stage never start turning. So the only thing I saw was Frankie’s back all night long!
The concession food was terrible. Unhealthy, bad tasting and expensive! They should invest in a better vendor or change the menu to offer better food. Good view of entertainers since the stage rotates, but again the food is terrible.
Avoid Avoid this Poor Managed Theater! We prepaid for our tickets months in advance and the theater cancelled the show without any notice and their website didn't have any notice in regards to the cancelled show as if the show never existed. Other people showed up as we did to the empty theater baffled with the same issue. No notice of the cancellation at the doors of the theater, we all looked for emails from the theater that we all thought we missed but nothing not even in our spam mail.. Great small intimate venue where the view is good from all seats!
Restrooms too small, drinks high ads hell, but I definitely enjoyed R-Kelly
purchased tickets for the r.kelly concert and the original start time was for 8:30. a few weeks later, I received an email that the time was changed to 7:00 pm. this is ridiculous !!!!! that is an hour and a half difference, very disappointing and unprofessional of the arena theater �
