very disorganized - the lines were so slow and the staff was not efficient nor friendly
I liked the size but it has outdated seats. At the event they sold beverages at the beginning then closed down. Even the Entertainer made a crack at there not being concessions.
The event itself was great Theresa was amazing. This was my diet time here .The arena was very outdated . Bathroom lines were insaine they wouldn't open one of them . The line to get into the arena was ridiculous and parking was a nightmare . It took over 45 mins stopped in garage before we could even leave . The show also started late because they couldn't get people in the arena in a timely matter . Overall I wouldn't come back to this venue unless it was someone I just had to go see .
The ushers are horrible at this venue. Parking is a disaster. The concession stand was closed imidiatley. I was so thirsty during the show. It is sad how poorly run it is. Improve your services.
RecommendedThe show was AMAZING! But getting in there was chaotic. Nobody knew where to go. But other than that, my experience was good.
If the Concert was going to start after 9bpm, it should have been on the ticket. The show started late with no warmup act. The DJ's was not good with the music he chose. It's past time to rem9del the venue. I really like the location of the Arena Theatre. I always recommend to my friends to ea t at the Chinese Restaurant next door and park there at no cost. The pipxoen, similar to most places was too salty to eat for me. However, the Cocert was fabulous. I love Gladys Knight. Still miss the Pips.
My husband and I went to hear Gladys Knight. We had a wonderful time.
