Heard such great things so we went to check it out tonight hoping for a new place for our ladies night, we were really disappointed. The place wasn’t very busy when we got there but our service was beyond slow and intermittent. We had to try and flag people down for water refills, three different servers walked right by us blatantly ignoring us. The food wasn't bad...but the service was horrible! Our server showed up whenever she felt like it...not when we actually needed her. And really...what kind of a sports bar doesn't do blended drinks? Not a great experience...not at all.

First time to The Arena today. I wanted some poutine for father’s day. They had some! Food was excellent. Our server, Jazmin, was great. We even enjoyed a few games of darts and pulled some tabs. This will be my go to place from now on. Thank you!

Usually have decent service but watch out for large parties they do add the gratuity on -granted it was circled along with the total and dropped off ...if not for a fellow diner would have double tipped -as a courtesy a waitress should always make it a point to remind everyone that it has been done -I am a 20%+ tipper so with a reminder I give a bit extra usually as they only apply 18% -I feel it’s pretty shady to not mention it again as people get distracted with the large party-also...ordered a steak salad -supposed to hav... read more
