The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the doctor is excellent and truly takes the time to care for patients. A gerente Julie é incrível, super simpática. O Angel também super atencioso, me ajudou com tudo. Eles falam português, espanhol e inglês. O Dr. Arena super incrível também.. só tenho a agradecer a todos por tudo. Super recomendo.

Absolutely love this Office. Dr. Arena and his staff are lovely and straight forward. Absolutely NO NONSENSE. He asks what he needs, answered all my questions. Other Drs I feel like it’s a chess game where it’s me vs them. But Dr. Arena is always in my corner. I would call try to get an appointment with another doctor and it’s a bunch of robot calls, transfers, and then I would have to explain my situation 3 times to 3 people before I can even get a slot.
