Friendly, professional staff that provides a welcoming environment. Doctors are patient considerate answering questions and explaining the process as they conduct their examination.
The staff was very friendly & it was a pleasant experience.
Dr. Carrie Lembach is an excellent clinician whom I have seen for several years. Bilateral cataract surgery was completed without complications. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and explains all procedures and conditions in terms she knows I will understand. Arena Eye Surgeons' staff is friendly, efficiently completing their part of the appointment process.
