I have always had a pleasant experience at Arena. Dr Pappa, helped save sight in my eye. When I developed Cellulitis after sinus surgery. Yesterday I paid my COPAY . I was informed that there was one outstanding from 2020. I feel if it has been this long it should have been. Forgiven. Because at this point I dont have any records to prove I paid it. I am on SSDI. Everyone was so nice and professional. Finding out that I was a good candidate for cataract surgery was kinda nerve racking but, Dr. Shah was so kind, understanding, and willing to explain everything right down to the littlest detail. By the time I left the office I was actually excited about getting the surgery done. Thank You
