The doctor there cares and once not long ago, I had some serious questions to ask, and I was able to speak to Dr. richards on the phone within 15 minutes.
Dr. Richards is always great with Hercules, who tends to be very anxious about vet visits. Here at Arena Pet Hospital, he always flies through them like a breeze! The entire staff is wonderful, gentle with him, and really makes him feel at home.
The doctor was very gentle with my cat. She ordered the tests necessary to confirm her findings. She sent me a text the next day about the results along with directions to follow going forward.
Staff is friendly and Dr is very informative.
Vet for our cats… very professional and caring.
