Although friendly and polite, Vince left my sprinkler system more broken than it was before he arrived. The job was to repair one valve that failed to turn on. When Vince left, all zones come on at the same time, leaving insufficient water to power the sprinkler heads. I was told he would arrive at 5:30PM. He didn't get here until 7:30PM, disrupting my dinner. I thought he would give me a bid. But he had already taken apart the sprinkler valves and rewired them before I realized there would be no bid. They are very professional. He came on a Thursday. And couldn't come Friday--but came and worked a lot on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and will be done tonight. I'm very pleased with their work. They listened to what I wanted. And when I wanted to use my credit card they bent over backwards making that happen. When it didn't look like the indoor timer would work he went and got one that was equally great for the outside. This was a real treat and I'm very grateful for their work. Highly recommended.
