I recently had Jordan with Arellan Landscaping put in a stone walkway at high profile location in downtown St Charles, so it needed to be professional and able to be done with a somewhat staggered timeline due to local construction. Jordan and his very professional crew worked with me on it and the results are better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Arellano Landscaping for any stone garned or walkway needs.
ARELLANO was supposed to show up at 1 o’clock at 2 o’clock. I called him and all I could do is leave a voice message at about 230. He called me back and said he’d like to come around 4 o’clock, so I thought I’d give him another chance and anyway it’s now 415 and he isn’t here so if you wanna waste your whole day deal with this guy if you can’t come on time and show up how can he possibly be doing a good job? Find somebody that at least this polite and it’s gonna show up on time.
Jordan was great to work with! Pricing was fair. Completed the flagstone patio quickly. Will use Arellano Landscaping for our next outdoor project.
I received a few quotes from different landscaping companies and found Arellano’s to be the most competitive. I needed sod to be installed where I recently had a large tree removed. When I reached out to Jordan, he came out to my home to assess the work needed and communicated back to me in a timely manner. We continued to communicate back and forth until the job was completed. My front yard looks great with the new sod installation and I would highly recommend Arellano’s to others. Thank you Jordan and your team.
