Dr Burgos is very nice and listened to my situation and took the time to review my history before the checkup. She found a few areas of concern and took samples. Two came back with an issue and she took care of them. She and Macy are easy to work with and I appreciate them.
My son had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Burgos to have a small lesion removed from his arm. Unfortunately, the entire process was marred by a series of unprofessional and incompetent actions from her staff, leading to a complete lack of confidence in the dermatologist herself.I was shocked to discover that Dr. Burgos had not sought insurance clearance for the procedure to remove the small lesion from my son's arm.
