Arthur (with maintenance) consistently goes above and beyond to help with any issues. Had to call in an emergency ac issue on a Saturday, he was here in under 15 minutes and corrected the problem quickly! Thank you Arthur!!
Clean, beautiful apartment in a great location.
I PERSONALLY usually judge places by looks, at first when I saw Arelia James Island I thought it would be amazing to have extra amenities like valet trash, a true gated community and other things. I was a little hesitant to spend an extra $200-300 more a month to be in a better area of town. I almost didn't move originally due to the lack of help from the management but finally moved back in January of this year (2021) Seems at first things were ok.
