I was so excited to use them for my ostomy supplies but …several months ago I failed to get my scheduled delivery. I called , I left messages and I even spoke to someone. NO-ONE ever returned my call and I never received my supplies. I have no idea what happened but to be totally unresponsive is totally unacceptable. I cannot go without my supplies and had to scurry to find another company. Shame on this company. I don’t think I have ever left a bad review but today is the day. Do not recommend this company.
after paying $325 dollars out of pocket i kept being told oh it only takes 2 to 3 weeks to get your diabetic shoes back. its now been 4 weeks and not here yet. wiyh the sores being rubbed on my right foot if i had known this i cou have gone to walmart instead. i have to words for being lied to.
I have called Amanda on several occasions, left several messages, and when I have spoke to her she told me she would call me back, but to no avail. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Very disappointed
